Installs without any problems in 2019-09 (4.13), auto-registers for (at least) the usual ".vm" files.

Supports syntax coloring with own color schema for main grammar elements (some enhancements put into an GitHub issue).

Basic outline support based on "#directives".
Autocomplete and basic syntax checking of directives.
