e-Citiz Studio is a visual plug-in to design iBPM (interactive Business Process Management) e-Services using an MDA/MDE approach. It generates a JEE application.
The Studio is based on standards: XML, UML, BPMN, J2EE.
It is packaged with Oracle JRE, Jboss AS, and PostGreSQL but works also against the most used software infrastructure of the market (both open source and commercial products): BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, mySQL, Oracle, DB2... It integrates easily with Jahia, Liferay portals and Alfresco ECM. It contains a
Business Rules component to allow business analysts to express their
requirements using a natural language.
The 6.3 brings advanced i18n features and SOA improvements.
