The plugin seems installed but I can't open it.
If I go to "new View", I see "QuicK Regex" but it is greyed. I can click on it though but no new view appears.
I'm on Eclipse 2020-09

4.10 is missing in the list of supported eclipse versions (and yt, 4.11 is there) and apparently for that reason I cannot install this plugin.

This situation comes often along with the new update process. Only when the current eclipse release is marked as supported, plugins on marketplace a next major release update of eclipse will do automatically increase the supported plugin version.
Maybe its not clear, but when not selecting "2018-12" and "2019-03" by plugin owner on marketplace website next version "2019-06" will bring up same problem! And with not supporting the eclipse version this eclipse versions marketplace client will NOT find the plugin at all!
The situation that some plugin owners do forget to update these settings and that this is big issue for users wanting their favorite plugin still being installable is mentioned by: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=545061
So as Arne said: Please select the checkboxes for "2018-12" and "2019-03" - except there are really big problems with newer eclipse versions (but should normally not be)
