on the OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Toolkit for Eclipse found here (https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/API/SDKDocs/eclipsetoolkit.htm) and also provides tools for Oracle database access and development.
NOTE: The update site links in the listing may not work from the Marketplace Install wizard. You can copy this url: https://download.oracle.com/otn_software/oracledatatools/1.0.0/OTP-Datatools/ into Help->Install New Software wizard in Eclipse.

Hi,
I'm trying to install oracle server tools in Eclipse Oxygen using market place. I'm getting below error..
Unable to read repository at "download.oracle.com/otn_software/oepe/oxygen/content.xml."
Please let me know if there is any other way in installing the tools.
