Search for LOEclipse and install (LibeOffice Extension/Component Development - Java) only do not install Python option

This fails during the "Trust Authorities" dialog. It is impossible to select the dev-www.libreoffice.org site for trusting and the "Trust Selected" button remains greyed out. Only choice is to Cancel the "Trust Authorities" dialog which cancels the install.

This is not an issue on Eclipse 2023-03 or older.
