How do you render HTML using this tool?

Hello
I'm not able to render even the simplest HTML using this tool. The Web Browser option is set to 0. Internal Web Browser, but selcting Open Web Browser only shows a blank page.
Please provide more detail on how the tool can be used to render web pages.
