ConExt is a tool for extraction of concept hierarchies between a certain number of terms refering to concepts relevant for a specific domain. It is based on the Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) approach to structure information into categories based on distributional properties of syntactic contextual data. The syntactic representation of a term's context builds on specific dependency relations like subject, direct object and indirect object between a term and the co-occurring verb within a sentence boundaries.
