Apache IvyDE™ is the Eclipse plugin which integrates Apache Ivy's dependency management into Eclipse.
It lets you manage your dependencies declared in an ivy.xml in your Java Eclipse projects, or any other kind of project which needs dependency management. A summary of the features it provides follows:
Managed classpath container: automatic downloads, access to the Ivy "resolve" task from your IDE, and a feature allowing you to develop interdependent multi-module applications in one workspace.
- Ivy XML files editor: creation wizard, html preview and completion for Ivy XML tags, attributes, and attribute values.
- Ivy settings files editor: completion for XML tags, attributes, and attribute values.
- Ivy console: presents every log from Ivy to assist in debugging a failing resolve.
- Reverse Dependency Explorer: helps you work with conflicting dependencies amongst several projects.
Apache IvyDE can be also used with other plugins like WTP and Apache Ant.

Unfortunately IvyDE has been archived according to https://ant.apache.org/ivy/ivyde/. The old update site link http://www.apache.org/dist/ant/ivyde/updatesite is NOT valid anymore.
Instead the archived update site seems to be available using this link: https://archive.apache.org/dist/ant/ivyde/updatesite/
Can't install in >= 2018-12

Very useful plugin for Ivy projects, doesn't work in modern versions of Eclipse. As a workaround, users can install Eclipse 2018-09, install this plugin, then update their Eclipse to the latest. As of 2020-03, this strategy works and the IvyDE plugin continues to function.

It will also install using the update site as per the instructions on the official page. I can't link to it, but its in the downloads section on the Ant apache org IvyDE website

Seems great, and a much needed addition to use Ivy on Eclipse, but the plugin is not supported in recent Eclipse versions like 2018.12...
