Hi friend
use the below given url for installing in eclipse.

installation error (Indigo)
I cant install this plugin on Indigo Service Release 1 (3.7.1).
It always throw an error with this library: com.googlecode.veloeclipse.ui_2.0.8.jar
FIRST ERROR:
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Artifact not found: org.eclipse.update.feature,com.googlecode.veloeclipse.ui,2.0.8.
C:\Programs\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\295\data\-936621371\features\com.googlecode.veloeclipse.ui_2.0.8.jar (The system cannot find the path specified)
