Remote System Explorer is a very good plug. By the way Why not upgrade the version of Remote System Explorer to use it with the latest Eclipse version?

You can find the homepage here: https://www.eclipse.org/tm/
The install/update url is (as I post this) http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/4.5.0/repository/
However you should check the downloads page from the project page.

Just got it off of the Kepler Distro.. Started it up and viola, I'm able to browse, explore, SSH into the Linux server.
Thanks for keeping this updated.

So dragging the Install button does not work, nor could I find RSE in the marketplace search.
To install RSE, go to Help -> Install New Software...
Then search for “Remote system” and install it…

I'm having the same problem! Any solution?

Same problem here, and I can't find where to ask questions - the help pages are years out of date and have dead links. RSE is literally all I use this particular install of Eclipse for, but my Mars install stopped working after a Java upgrade and now apparently I need to downgrade.

Cool Project. Try to connect with the RSE to an AS/400.
