Solution Description

This plugin adds an "Environment Variables" tab in the Preferences, in the General section.

This preferences page allows you to define global environment variables in eclipse. You can then use these variables, instead of the Variables tab on JUnit Configurations, which you have to reconfigure each time for each new test.
