When hoovered over [insall], and followed instruction to Drag to "running eclipse workspace", the icon simply jumped back to webpage. So, then opened file brower and did same there and it worked and now there's a file, "Ruby (DLTK).desktop" in the directory for my workspace; however, now I've no idea what to do. I've examined all the buttons in my workspace and none suggest anyway to make use of the "Ruby(DLTK).desktop" file. This is **so** counterintuitive :(

You might want to take a look at Ruby Solargraph (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/ruby-solargraph) instead: it fully supports modern versions of Ruby. ;)
