Update-site doesn't work but you can install it manually:
Download the zip file from Github:
In Eclipse, go to Help -> Install New Software... -> Add.. -> Archive...
and choose the downloaded zip-file
After that, don't forget to choose where you installed your cppcheck binery: Window -> Preferences -> cppceclipse
and also set the checkboxes which checks you prefer

As bintray.com disappeared, is there a new installation source available nowadays? Or did the plugin just die?

Christoph

Error Trying to Install cppcheclipse using Marketplace
Submitted by Bruno Diraison on Wed, 2021-06-23 02:40
I'm using Eclipse Version 2021-03 (4.19.0) but this issue is not linked with a specific Eclipse version.
When trying to install the plugin from the Marketspace or using the drag and drop button from the web site, I get the following issue :
"No repository found at dl.bintray.com/cppcheclipse/p2/updates/."
So I have the same question than Myke :
Has the repository address been updated or is there a way to install cppcheclipse manually?
Thank you
Error Trying to Install cppcheclipse using Marketplace in Ubuntu
Submitted by Myke Predko on Mon, 2021-05-31 12:06
I'm unable to install cppcheclipse using Eclipse Marketplace because it is attempting to load the project from the bintray.com repository which has been shut down ("No repository found at ...").
Has the repository address been updated or is there a way to install cppcheclipse manually?
Thanx!

Same problem on Windows.
Did found another way to download it: github.com/kwin/cppcheclipse but the install did not work for me because of my proxy.

I was using it with the previous versions and now with 2019-12 without any problems, what is exactly your issue/error/problem?
