when installing Google Web ToolKit plugin into Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.Version: Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a).
Both those artifacts download for me and I have had reports it's working for other folks. Can you download the artifacts by trying those urls in a browser?

The problem has been fixed. We had some issues migrating the repository on GCP to a new org. It's back up and working.

Yes that worked for me. I have the exact same problem.
But what now? How can I install these arctifacts.jar into my eclipse??

what to do with those jar's if i could manage to download these manually???
