Last year Lu developed a JBean(http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/jbean) free application to help developers more easily develop Hibernate and JPA-based business model, improve efficiency and accuracy. My Workshop software is also based on JBean.It saves me a lot of time and can focus on some of the more important work. This year I want to JBean upgrade to Workshop Designer, provide more functionality.

Lu wish more people knew how to develop Eclipse RCP applications and plug-ins in China.
