Interactive Diagnostic Data Explorer is a GUI-based alternative to the dump viewer (jdmpview command) that is part of your IBM Java Development Kit or Runtime Environment. Use the Interactive Diagnostic Data Explorer to more easily explore and examine dump files that are produced by the JVM.

In the Platform Support, Mac is mentioned. Does it refer to the eclipse supported platform only?
I do not think IDDE commands support Mac for IBM SDK for Node.js yet.

That's right, IDDE can run on a Mac and read core files from other platforms that have been copied onto a Mac, but it cannot currently read core files created on Mac OS.
