Mia-Quality (http://www.mia-software.com/en/products/mia-quality/) provides a powerful graphical environment based on the Eclipse platform for defining and parameterizing quality models. Users have many facilities for importing ready-to- use quality model templates (ISO 9126, SQALE etc.), modifying them or creating brand new ones to cover all their requirements.
The following concepts are available to fine tune computation of quality data :
- thresholds,
- intervals,
- weighting,
- computational formulae,
- aggregation levels
All data handled by Mia-Quality is saved in a SMM model (Structured Metric Meta-model) issued by the OMG. This format is used by the Consortium for IT Software Quality (CISQ) for the exchange of quality data. Thus, Mia-Quality can be easily used with other products meeting CISQ recommendations.
Mia-Quality provides a plug-in configurator and generator which allows to automatically generate the right plug-in for loading and presenting quality model in a Sonar server (http://www.sonarsource.org/).
