The Gizmo is a container to run Java web applications in, based on the Eclipse plug-in infrastructure and the Apache HttpCore. It does not support the Java Servlet API, but instead a custom and very light weight API, many aspects of which are derived straight from Apache HttpCore that the Gizmo is based on. The web applications you develop for the Gizmo have the form of Eclipse plug-ins. A Gizmo installation can run any number of web applications at a time.
