The goal of plugin is provide an editor where we can review and modify all resource files at once and get a glimpse of the texts in all languages used, allowing discover rapidly, untranslated texts.
This plugin supports files of various properties of programming languages, since its operation is based in an object called WildcardPath.

Nice idea. But highly buggy
Gave this a whirl on trying to manage our localization files. But in its current state it is simply to unstable to be of much use. Exceptions left and right - although some of them can be mitigated by adding more file wildcards to its list.
Also it is a bit hard to know what is actually known issues. As most of the issues are in Spanish (or possibly Portuguese?).
The question is if the project is dead. Not any apparent activity since October. The domain they use as namespace appears to be for sale.
