The GlassFish plugin for Eclipse provides the Application Server WTP adaptor to enable Java EE development with GlassFish 3.1, 3.1.1, promoted builds and 3, that support Java EE 6, as well as GlassFish v2.1 Java EE 5.

GlassFish Server Open Source Edition Tools

GlassFish v2.1 is a certified Java EE 5 Application Server, open source.
GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.1 is a certified Java EE 6 Application Server, open source which is OSGi based.
