The Polarion FastTrack Connector for Eclipse enables Eclipse developers using Subversion to link their commits to work items (bugs, change requests,ect.) managed in one of Polarion Softwares commercial lifecycle management solutions (e.g Polarion Track & Wiki - all-in-on bug tracker, collaboration wiki, and VCS; see www.polarion.com/products/trackwiki/) enabling traceability from issues to source code, while keeping a simple interface to the Polarion portal without leaving the Eclipse IDE.

Plugin has a commercial (i.e. non GPL, etc.) license but is free.
