COLIMA is a framework for managing reusable Constants Lists such as Gender, Countries, Marital Status, etc. These Constants Lists can be used to populate widgets such as Lists, Drop Downs and Radio Buttons in a desktop or web based application. An Eclipse plug-in is available to manage the constants lists repository.
